Best in the Business
This is the second time that I have moved with Bekins. There staff come out ON TIME, they are all very nice and hard workers. From the moment Mike came out I recognized him from when I move here 14 years ago. He gave me a proposal same day. They come out and take an inventory of what you need and give you an offer based on that. NO SUPRISES when you are done moving. They handle and respect all of your belongings and you. If you go somewhere else, don't say I didn't warn you. Stick with Bekins and you will get the best!
Amazing company!
After numerous quotes, Bekins was quite competitive. The reason I chose them is because they're customer service was par none. Serena, our representative for the company, was amazing! She came to our house two times to assess the move. Once I hired them, the movers, especially, Benny and his crew, were amazing! They were so professional and took the utmost care of our property. Upon delivery to our new location, there was not one issue. They arrived on time, set everything up as promised, and took care in not damaging anythin g. The delivery was amazing and fast. I highly recommend this company and definitely use them again, sho9we move again.

It starts with Sylvia in the Bekins office. She gets me in touch with my moving coordinator, Mike Titus. What can I say...absolutely professional! Titus came, he saw, he gave me a quote, I moved. The move was beyond my expectations. It really was! The Bekins crew arrived exactly on time. They were courteous, professional, caring on moving my furniture, (believe me, I am very temperamental when it comes to my "stuff"). Not a scratch. Not a dent. Not a ding. Just like Big Mike Titus, they came, they saw, they moved. Efficiently, carefully, professionally. Yes...definitely use this company. Ask for Sylvia. She will get Big Mike Titus for you. And by the way, I received a phone call from BOTH of them the next day asking if I was satisfied. YES I WAS !! Bekins, Sylvia, Mike Titus, and the moving crew are the Best. From beginning to the end Bekins has been most professional and trustworthy. Paul Stroncek, our first contact with Bekins, was most professional in estimating what my relocation cost would be, from S.Florida to Delaware. Throughout the process, Paul ensured that we were both informed and less stressed as possible. The teams (2) that picked up our household belongings were quite throughout and reassuring, while the delivery team led by Joe and his team was most comforting. Thanks to all including Tracey Smith, who ensured that the logistics throughout this process, went smoothly. Perfect moving experience!
After speaking with several moving companies I had many concerns and doubts.I contacted Mitch with Bekins,felt encouraged and reassured.I was moving my elderly dad to De.,we had a flight scheduled,house being sold,everything was set dates..Referred to Serena,she came to house,very kind and efficient.Reassured me also.Packing and loading had to be done in one day.I had many boxes ready to go that I had packed.Everything went perfect,Bryan and his crew came,they were so professional and very efficient as well as so kind.Truck arrived in De.a few days ahead of s hedule,unloading crew were also very efficient..They unloaded everything and carried to room upstairs.I cannot thank Bekin and everyone for such a great experience under a stressful time for us.Thankyou also to the contact person in FLL,he was so helpful,calling every few days to make sure all ok.
