Perfect moving experience!
After speaking with several moving companies I had many concerns and doubts.I contacted Mitch with Bekins,felt encouraged and reassured.I was moving my elderly dad to De.,we had a flight scheduled,house being sold,everything was set dates..Referred to Serena,she came to house,very kind and efficient.Reassured me also.Packing and loading had to be done in one day.I had many boxes ready to go that I had packed.Everything went perfect,Bryan and his crew came,they were so professional and very efficient as well as so kind.Truck arrived in De.a few days ahead of s hedule,unloading crew were also very efficient..They unloaded everything and carried to room upstairs.I cannot thank Bekin and everyone for such a great experience under a stressful time for us.Thankyou also to the contact person in FLL,he was so helpful,calling every few days to make sure all ok.

Highly Recommend!! Besides giving us the best rate we had an excellent experience with the entire team at Bekins of South Florida! We had to move our furniture from Bradenton into Storage for 7months to Westlake. Serena was so accommodating and helpful with getting us an estimate with just pictures and info even after some changes. She always answered us quickly and even while on vacation. Both Mark and his team packing and moving our stuff & Bryan and his team getting it to our final destination, they were on time, courteous, efficient and genuinely nice to talk to. Sylvia in accounting was also very accommodating. We did not have any issues and everything was returned to us just like it was. I was a little nervous when it came time to picking a moving company based on all the scams I hear about movers. I called for an estimate and Serena showed up to do the in house inspection. She took measurements, and asked questions. She wrote up a document that gave a very reasonable price for our move. When moving day came the movers wrapped all the furniture, and were very careful with how they placed in the truck. They arrive, timely and unloaded the truck and put every piece where I asked, sometimes moving it to a new location because I wasn’t sure of the first lol. When it came time to sign the bill, I wish certain they would be added charges, or something would be wrong with the price they gave, but nope. The price was exactly as quoted no hidden fees, no additional billings. I was quite happy with the move and would recommend them.
